We are looking for a hands-on Service Manager / Service Writer to help bring structure, maintain momentum, and elevate performance in a fast-paced service environment.
This is a lead-from-the-front role—not a desk position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Shop Workflow
Manage vehicle flow from intake → diagnosis → repair → completion
Keep work moving efficiently and eliminate downtime
Ensure no vehicle sits without clear direction
Technician Accountability
Monitor electronic timecards and productivity
Keep technicians focused, organized, and producing
Maintain a strong standard of urgency and follow-through
Customer Communication
Write clear, accurate repair orders
Communicate timelines, approvals, and updates
Deliver a professional and confident experience
Parts Coordination
Order correct parts quickly and efficiently
Prevent delays and keep jobs on track
What We’re Looking For
Experience in automotive service (Service Writer, Manager, or Shop Lead)
Strong understanding of shop workflow and repair order process
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using digital systems and time tracking tools
Strong communication and leadership skills
Work Environment
Fast-paced, team-oriented shop, Monday - Friday ONLY!!
Hands-on role—everyone contributes
