- Customer communication (clear, confident, professional)

- Experience in automotive service (writer, manager, parts, or shop lead)
- Strong understanding of workflow + RO process
- Comfortable with technology, digital systems, and time tracking
- Excellent communication skills (in-person + phone voice matters)
- Ability to multi-task without losing control of the day
