Responsibilities

• Write and manage repair orders for vehicles

• Order parts and manage inventory

• Schedule shop jobs and coordinate workflow

• Communicate with customers about repair updates

• Track vehicles in and out of the shop to maximize efficiency

• Maintain clear records and documentation

• Occasionally list and sell used parts on eBay from totaled vehicles

• Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

✅ Experience as a service writer or service advisor (preferred)
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians
✅ General automotive knowledge (preferred)
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✅ Self-starter with a positive attitude
✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
