We’re hiring an experienced A or B-Level Automotive Technician in Chickasha, OK.

I’m not just looking for someone who can turn a wrench. I’m looking for the best of the best — someone who takes pride in their work, knows their craft, and wants to be part of a winning team.

We only work on our own inventory — no outside customer work. That means no arguing with customers about what’s wrong with their car. You just fix it and move on.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Routine maintenance: Oil changes, tire rotations, A/C recharges, front-end work, inspections, etc.

• Light repairs: Battery installs, headlights/taillights, etc.

• Electrical work: Know your way around a wiring diagram? Radio swaps? Remote starts? That’s a huge plus.

• Diagnostics: Use our tools to find and fix issues accurately.

• Paperwork: Keep your notes clean and clear.

• Shop cleanliness: Take care of your space and your tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1.5+ years of experience as a technician or mechanic

• Own your own tools (and know how to use 'em)

• Strong diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Dependable and detail-oriented

• High school diploma or GED required

• ASE certification is great, but not required

• Strong communication and a get-it-done mindset

The Details:

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch daily)

• Pay: Guaranteed salary (no flat-rate headaches), dependent of experience!
